Pszczyna Palace is located only 35 min ride from Katowice (40 km) and 1.5 h ride from Kraków (90 km). It is a magnate residence built either in 11th or 12th century. Its current neo-baroque form was created in 1870-1876. The residence is surrounded by a beautiful English style park of 156 hectare area. The palace has its original appliances and furniture which make it one of the most precious monuments of residential architecture in Poland. Prince’s Tychy Brewery is a very interesting tourist spot. The brewery is located about 1:15 h drive from Kraków (about 85 km). Sightseeing takes about 2.5 h.
