Reviews

Wilanów baroque palace is a must-visit for tourists in Warsaw. The museum is definitely interesting but the best part is taking a walk around the beautiful gardens around the palace and admire the unique architecture from the outside. I especially recommend visiting the palace in the season surrounding Christmas where there is a special light installation in the gardens. Royal Baths is a very big picturesque park, with the summer residence of the former King, with side building's like the Orangery, Academy etc. Our guide Dorota gave us a lot of background information on everything and ensured we didn't miss any important points in the park. Dorota you are the best! Definitely I need to take some more time in the future to stroll through the entire park as it is so beautiful.

Wilanów is a beautiful place, both the park and the palace. It has its charm. Palace erected in 1696 at the request of King Jan III Sobieski and his wife Marysienka. To see the whole thing, you need to have at least 4-5 h. The palace itself is beautiful, giving an idea of the splendour of royal residences. The museum is surrounded by beautiful gardens. There are numerous ponds and branches of the Vistula in the park where you can go boating. We also added optional tour to Temple of Divine Providence. It is close to the Palace and is an interesting example of modern architecture and grandeur of Polish Catholic Church. Royal Baths is also such a lovely space with lots of hidden gems to see. It is worth visiting both places when visiting Warsaw.
