Mazury Lake District is one of the most important tourist regions in Poland and worth visiting especially by water sports enthusiasts and countryside lovers. I want to visit the lakes in May or June next summer but assume mosquitoes can be a problem, so is there a best time to go?

Don't worry too much about mosquitoes. They'll be most active at dusk and just after dawn so hardly any during the day. There are also many repellents in chemist's.
