Galaxy Hotel is a four-star hotel, located in the city centre near to the Vistula river, with the view of Podgórze District on the south side, merely 15-minute walk from the Wawel Castle and 25-minute walk from the Main Market Square. The Galaxy Hotel is a perfect place for travellers interested in Cracow’s culture and history, and also for business clients.

The hotel has 205 rooms at our guest’s disposal, able to accommodate 488 persons in total and varying in standard: 174 Standard rooms (144 twin, 29 dbl, 1 sgl), 26 Business Class rooms (5 twin, 21 dbl), 5 Suite rooms with double beds. All rooms are modernly furnished and spacious. There is a possibility of making 79 rooms for triple-use by adding extra sofa beds. Both the building and 3 of rooms are entirely accessible by people moving with the aid of wheelchairs.

On the premises of the Galaxy Hotel, there is a conference centre with a floor area of 1550 m2 which can hold an event for 1000 people in total. All this consists of: a conference room Galaxy, which can be divided into 6 independent rooms, a conference room Gemini, which can be divided into two smaller ones, Planetarium terrace (great for exhibitions or banquets), foyer, Business Room and the Andromeda Restaurant. All rooms are air-conditioned, have access to daylight and to the Internet.

Hotel’s restaurant, offering dishes of international cuisine, serves breakfast from 6:30 to 10:30. Groups can also order four-course dinner here.

Moreover, the hotel has such amenities as: Recreation Centre with swimming pool (opened from 8:00 to 22:00), saunas, massage and treatment rooms, and fitness rooms.

Hotel reception is opened 24/7. Check-in is from 14:00, check-out until 12:00. Luggage room is complimentary.

The coach is allowed to drive up to the hotel and park up on the paid bus park.
The Galaxy Hotel is 25 minutes walk from Cracow's main railway and bus station (PKP/PKS) and 25 minutes by car to Kraków – Balice Airport (ca. 17.5 km). There is also a tram stop within 300 m.

City tax is not charged in Cracow. Deposit from groups on the spot is not required.
