Szklarki Waterfall is just a 5 min almost flat walk from the coach park. There is no difficulty to get there at all.
The tour in the mine usually takes about 1.5-2 h walking on route and then some free time at the end of the tour at a restaurant and leisure mine level. The distance to cover is 3.5 km. During the whole route there are 800 steps (at the beginning there are 380 to get to the lower level of the mine). It is possible to omit the steps by taking the lift down (additional payment). If your group takes the lift, there will be still about 300 steps to cover with the longest one step distance of 180 steps.
If you believe it is too hard your group can take the lift up and down the mine but then they will only visit Underground Museum of Salt and not the ordinary tourist route. It is flat and takes more or less the same amount of time as a tourist route but they won't see St. Kinga's Chapel which is the biggest attraction of Wieliczka visible on most Wieliczka photos.
