Mercure Kraków Stare Miasto is a four-star hotel located only a 10-minute walk from the Old Town and across from a shopping centre. In the vicinity of the hotel, there are alsothe Wawel Royal Castle and the old Jewish district – Kazimierz. Modern but brightly and cosily decorated hotel interiors as well as friendly and helpful staff, paying attention to every detail, will make your stay as pleasant as you wish.

The hotel offers 198 smart and air-conditioned en-suite rooms of twin, double type including suites, all of which are able to provide accommodation for 396 persons in total. There is no possibility of using extra beds, however, some rooms are equipped with sofa beds. Standard equipment of rooms includes a big comfortable bed, a desk, LCD TV and a coffee/tea making set. Apart from that, guests can benefit from free access to Wi-Fi, available in the whole facility. The building as well as the rooms are accessible to people moving with the aid of wheelchairs.

On the premises, the guests are also welcome to take advantage of a fitness centre, a bar and ‘Winestone’ restaurant which serves dishes of international cuisine and a wide range of exquisite wines. The restaurant offers breakfast, served from 6:30 to 10:30 (Mon-Fri) and 6:30 from 11:00 (Sat-Sun), as well as three-course dinner with water, bread and butter.

Apart from that, in the hotel, there is some space for conferences, business ventures or trainings. Mercure Stare Miasto Kraków has as many as 6 conference rooms able to host events for up to 150 persons in a theatre layout.

Reception desk is opened on a 24/7 basis. A hotel day begins at 15:00 and ends at 12:00. A luggage storage is complimentary.

The hotel is placed only 150 m from the bus/tram stop and PKP/PKS (main railway/bus station), and the distance to the airport is 14 km. It is possible for buses to drive directly to the hotel. There is no bus park nearby, however.
City tax is not charged in Cracow. No deposit from guests on the spot is required.

In the Hotel, waste segregation is in use. Food and drink waste and oils are sent away for the process.
In all taps in the Hotel are installed saving-water faucet aerators.
In Hotel are used only energy efficient light bulbs.
From rooms were withdrawn disposable cosmetics in favour of dispensers.
Disposable plastic washing bags were replaced with material bags sewed from withdrawn bed linen.
Plastic bottles with water were removed and replaced with glass bottles.
Most of the cleaning supplies are eco.
The Hotel has removed disposable takeaway packagings (gastronomy) and replaced it with paper packagings etc.
Plastic cups, drinking straws, stirrers and cotton pads were removed.
