Hostel Submarine is located in a seven-storey building next to the tram line, in the very centre of Cracow, a 5-minute walk from the Main Square. Apart from that, it is in close proximity to the Wawel Castle and the Jewish Quarter. Nearby there is the Cracovian Barbican, where free guided walking tours in various languages begin. Also, there is a direct bus connection from the building to the water park. Moreover, the hostel offers trips to the Salt Mine in Wieliczka and to the Museum Auschwitz-Birkenau.

The hostel is able to provide accommodation for up to 32 persons in 5 rooms including: 2 ten-bed rooms, a six-bed room, a private room with a bunk bed and a double bed, and a private double room. The last one is the only room with a private bathroom. In the hostel there is 1 toilet, 1 shower and 1 bathroom with a toilet and a shower for 30 people. Four rooms are equipped with bunk beds. Groups are accommodated on the same floor in adjacent rooms. Bedlinen is included in price, towels are additionally paid. The building is adapted to the needs of disabled people (there is an elevator), however, the rooms are not.

On the premises, guests are welcome to connect with free Wi-Fi, read some foreign language books and take advantage of a fully equipped common kitchen with a microwave, an electric kettle, a fridge, pots, pans, cutlery, plates and bowls. Coffee, tea and sugar for guests are complimentary.
The Submarine Hostel does not have its own restaurant, however, in the building there are two cafés/baker’s and a kebab bar. Apart from that, next to the building there is a market with fresh fruits and vegetables as well as a wide range of cooked meat and fish.

Reception desk is round-the-clock. Check-in is from 14:00, check-out until 10:00. Guests can deposit their luggage on complimentary basis. Apart from that, all guests will also be granted a private locker. Hostel staff will show its guests the city, tell them what is worth seeing and where to eat well-known local cuisine.

Right next to the building there is a tram/bus stop. PKP/PKS (main railway/bus station) is within walking distance. Getting to the airport takes up approximately 15 minutes by car. Buses are allowed to drive up to the hostel but there is no bus park nearby.

Deposit from guests on the spot is not required.
