Information

Tara Hostel is a newly renovated hostel located in the heart of Kazimierz district.

Tara Hostel offers beds for 82 persons in total, in 19 private and multiple rooms with private bathrooms. All rooms are located in one, 4-storey building without elevator. Bethrooms are mostly en-suite, however, some rooms on the second floor have shared bathrooms with other 1-2 rooms. The building is not adjusted to people using wheelchairs.

In Tara Hostel there is a spacious common room with satellite TV, where the group can freely get together. The hostel puts at your disposal also a dining area equipped with a fridge, microwave, dishes and electric kettle. On the premises, there are no vending machines with snacks or beverages, but there is a round-the-clock supermarket at ground-floor level of the building.
There are some foreign language books to lent. Wi-Fi connection is free of charge.

Reception desk is opened 24/7. Check in starts from 15:00 and check out is till 10:00. Bedlinen, towels, all taxes and other fees are included in the price.

Tara Hostel does not have its own restaurant. Meals are served in a nearby restaurant (190m). Breakfast is served from 8:00 till 10:00 or in the way of lunch boxes. It is also possible to order breakfast at other time on request.

The bus can drive up to the hotel but there is no bus park.
The closest bus/tram stop is ca. 50m away. The distance to PKP (railway station) is 2,7km, to PKP (bus station 2,3km) and the airport Balice is 14km away.

City tax is not charged in Cracow. The amount of the deposit depends on the number of guests and is returned after giving back the keys and checking out of the rooms by a receptionist.
