Wentzl is a four-star hotel, situated in the very heart of Cracow, next to the largest Market Square in Europe. Hotel rooms are located in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors of the historic tenement house. Guests, who decide to stay here, will have all the attractions of Cracow’s Old Town literally at their fingertips. Also, the one of the most recognizable gems of Cracow, the Wawel Castle, is within a 10-minute walk from the facility.

The hotel provides accommodation in 18 double and double/twin air-conditioned rooms, equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, minibar and coffee/tea making facilities. There is a possibility of using extra beds in some rooms. Each of the rooms has been individually designed and varies in a colour scheme. There are rooms with the view of the Main Market Square or view of courtyard and one, overlooking the Wawel Royal Castle. Additionally, some rooms have a balcony. On the premises, there is free Wi-Fi access. There is a lift in the building.

Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:30 in a famous “Wentzl Restaurant”, placed on the 1st floor of the building. This unusual, atmospheric restaurant, decorated with works of art made by well-known Polish artists, dates back to the 18th century and serves excellent dishes of European cuisine. On the ground floor of the building there is “Sweet Wentzl” cafe, where guests can taste not only pastries and cakes, but also ice cream produced by traditional method and on the base of natural ingredients.

Hotel front desk is round-the-clock. Its staff is willing to give the guests a clue what to see in Cracow, to organize some transfers and additional trips or to book a restaurant or some tickets for cultural events. Apart from that, guests can benefit from a complimentary bike rental.
