The five-star Balthazar Design Hotel is situated in the very heart of Cracow, next to the Old Town, with the view of the Wawel Royal Castle. The avant-garde, modern interiors in a beautifully refurbished tenement from the 19th century makes the place undoubtedly unique.

The hotel puts at guests’ disposal classic, superior and deluxe rooms of single and double/twin type and one Royal Suite. These 26 cosy rooms are able to accommodate up to 52 persons. There is a possibility of adding extra beds in 6 of rooms to make them triple. Both the building and the rooms are entirely accessible for people with disabilities.
In the hotel, business guests can take advantage of a conference room for up to 13 persons.

The commonly acclaimed and award-winning hotel’s restaurant Fiorentina serves breakfast from 8:00 to 10:30 (Mon-Fri) and from 7:00-11:00 (Sat-Sun), and dinners. At the guest's request, getting breakfast earlier is possible. The menu is mainly based on fresh, seasonal products so the offer changes seasonally.

Reception desk is opened 24/7. Check-in is from 15:00, checkout time is 12:00. Guests can take advantage of a luggage room for free.

In the surrounding area there are the Wawel Royl Castle, the Main Square, the Cloth Hall and St. Mary’s Basilica.

The closest bus/tram stop is only 200m away. The distance to PKP/PKS (railway/bus station) is ca. 1.7km, to the airport – 13km.
There is no possibility for the bus to drive directly to the hotel, it can stop ca. 40m from the facility. There is no bus park.
